Thm= Necromancer from FF5. Cure will damage them, could give them their own dark heals. Doesn't have to have a minion, it just can charm dead mobs to fight later on or something.

FF5 only had Necromancer on one version and that was a remake of a remake only released in the US and wasnt developed by SE.

I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.

BUT if you recall, SE originally wanted Puppetmaster to be Necromancer in FFXI, however with the whole "skeletons don't come out in the day" thing and maybe something else, they decided against it and voila, Puppetmaster.

SE has at least wanted to incorporate a Necromancer class into the series.

Assuming they will allow us to use multiple jobs on one class, I don't see any lore reason why Thaumaturge can't access WHM and a NCM class.
