0% chance. It would have been in the overview if a class was coming out in 2.1

Class Tweaks, 2 hard mode dungeons, Extreme Primals, Crystal Tower, and PVP. That's it afaik.

On topic, I'm pretty sure they aren't increasing the level cap, so I highly doubt we get new class/job.
