Vanity slots question.

Well, first of all, it's not likely to be slots. From what we've heard it's more akin to the way Aion/Tera/WoW do it, ie you change the appearance of one item to another. Not a separate slot. Also, afaik, it includes weapons too.

Would that mean cowls have to be replaced with cowls?

I'm hoping multi-part gear pieces like cowls get an overright slot for each slot they fill. If a player only fills some of the slots in a vanity meld the empty ones could appear blank (Example: if a player vanity melds a chest piece but no head piece to a cowl, the melded cowl could appear to just be the new chest piece with no helmet).
