    Some things I think will be in the future patches.

    -coil turns 6-10 added
    -ilvl 100-110 gear introduced
    -myth cap completely lifted
    -New set of tomes(with a weekly cap of course) to buy gear which is going to be equivalent ilvl to the 6-10 coil drops, if you consider the current myth gear to be af2, Ill call it AF3.
    -HM and EM Leviathan Primal added
    -Plenty of hot fixes.
    -More Drg buffs cause drg will still be last in place for DPS.

    -don't hold your breath
    -maybe not for iLvl of coil 6+, but new tomestones are on the way
    -same as answer 1
    -another one,master of obvious
    -someone have to stay at the bottom. The question is how much far they are. Also, drg don't have a crappy dps, and the jump buff alone could raise that number a lot

    What would be the point of having a myth cap if ilvl 90 gear isnt the top tier gear?

    Not only that, but he is actually (warning: spoilers) not in one piece.

    Next AF is actually AF2 and current one is AF1.5 or AF+1 (yeah, SE screwed up with naming).

    Lots of people have been calling it relic because it shares the same name as relic gear in FFXI.

    Basing experience on Rift, and from what I've read from posters from WoW. Generally when a new tier of gear is added, the previous one is made easier and faster to obtain to allow people to "catch up" also it allows gearing up replacement players for top level content faster. As with Rift, if you lost someone when raiding vanilla tier 3 it became a nightmare finding or gearing up a replacement to be able to continue progressing.

    So yes, would make sense for either a much higher cap, reduced myth cost on items or even increaing the number of drops from turns 1-5. Removing the cap I cant see as much happening.

    You know what I hope is on the way for 2.1 that they've been keeping hush hush?

    New zones. Specifically, Beast Tribe zones, since that would tie in perfectly with the Beast Tribe daily quests and Extreme Primals (if they're "Walk up to this crystal and Duty Finder from now on", I'll gut somebody...). If you look across from Natalan, you can see a whole settlement and just north of Natalan is actually a gate with a path leading there. There are two gates in a blocked off section of Zahar'ak, one leading to that giant tower they have set up. U'Ghamaro is a bit harder, there are plenty of closed of sections in the mines which could lead somewhere, however nothing really screams out "This will lead to another zone in the future" like the others do...

    I doubt they have anything so surprising lined up for 2.1 though... Still, we'll see them someday... There are plenty of other such zones too, a Volcano is meant to be near Outer La Noscea (this zone line was on concept art for the zone and is just to the left as you zone in from Upper La Noscea, currently its some Nym ruins). The path to Ala Mhigo is already apparent in East Shroud at the eastern most point, with Imperial debris blocking the path currently, you can even see an imposing Imperial barricade. Griffins Crossing in Coerthas should eventually lead to Coerthas Eastern Lowlands (the Ixal seem to have taken Eastern Highlands), and Coerthas Western Highlands is currently frozen over while we wait for Shiva, Central Lowlands seems to have been completely removed from the game though, but they could always just add it back in as a step between Central Highlands and Mor Dhona. I'm sure there are plenty of others I've missed/forgotten about.

    They'll either reduce the cost of myth tomes for ilvl 90 or move them down into philo tomes.
