Have they pulled in any staff to speed up the process? I know, mythical man-hour and all that, but isn't this one of the reasons WHY they're using Crystal Tools? Shouldn't they be able to pull people off other projects to help get this back on track?

That's the problem of perception right now. Yes, they've said things are wrong, but they don't act like it's all that important.

This is where one of the sympathizers comes in and tells me "Of course it's important, they're not charging anything for the game so they're losing money!". Just don't bother. It's an investment in a revenue generation system - if it costs more upfront to make sure it pays off, then it's not a loss of money.
