FC create raid party. Change jobs every time.
No one rolls on tank gear rather than the original tanks. Same with healers. DPS.
PLD gets full Allagan in 1 week.
That's why.
Letting multiple jobs run coil would only work if they made it so you can't roll on gear not for your job.
The way it is now, imagine you run on a Paladin and dragoon gear drops but no one needs it and you ahve a 50 dragoon so you greed on it and get the dragoon gear.
That wouldn't work with a per job lockout, people would gear out to fast. They should lock gear to the job you are on. So if Paladin gear drops and your paladin you can need/greed it. But if gear for another class drops you cannot roll on it at all because you are not on that class.
Then they could unlock coil for other jobs and it would be fair loot distro that wouldn't full gear your multiple jobs in one week.
I think too that way would work.
You can only get loot for your job and do coil once per job you have.
That's just an itemization flaw anyways, there should never have been two sets of accessories for monk and dragoon in the first place.
