You can only get loot for your job and do coil once per job you have.

That would force melee to have both a dragoon and a monk for melee accessories. This idea and thought process would limit future jobs as well. No please.

That's just an itemization flaw anyways, there should never have been two sets of accessories for monk and dragoon in the first place.
