Dear Devs, when will this be fixed?

I like literally hit my face when reading those responses. Someone even posted a reddit link with people who also experienced this.

I love this game too but I'm like dreading leveling another class all the way to 50 due to me experiencing this. I'm the type of person that likes gathering everything at once and then get what I need with it, as something could happen to that item while it's sitting in my bag or bank. I hate glitches and bugs. I'm sure a lot of people do which is why I came to GD to get some attention. I was seriously thinking about just ignoring what happened but decided, "What the heck? Doesn't hurt to ask~!" xD

Haha I can assure you I'm no white knight, but I also don't just believe everything I read on here. I went through several of the links posted and none of them have any proof. Do you actually expect the devs to take this seriously without giving them any proof? I'm sorry but if the general population of players is unaffected, which seems to be the case to me since not a single person in any of my LS, FC, Flist have ever even heard about this, they aren't going to take you seriously unless you can prove it. What do you think they're going to do? Individually investigate accounts on a case by case basis and try to find a problem that possibly doesn't exist? Give some proof and I'll take this seriously but don't spout off nonsense about being a white knight when I have a long list of REAL issues that I want addressed.

There were a few with screenshots of the log files. That is as much proof as they can provide after the fact without actually duplicating it on a youtube video. Also your perceived REAL issues are REAL issues because they impact you...this is perceived to not be a REAL issue for you, because it hasn't impacted YOU. If it did I bet you'd sing a different tune.

I'm sorry but the body count is proof enough for me that I didn't make a mistake. Which is why I gathered all the evidence I need here. If I rolled a die 16 times in a row and it lands on a 1 every time, I'm either extremely lucky or I'm cheating.

What's your purpose here? To respond by calling me a liar just by asking for this to be looked into? Great you accomplished your goal but it won't stop me from trying to reach mine. And your problems aren't real to me as it hasn't happened to me or either of my friends. I don't even know what your problem is. Just know it doesn't exist to me. Can simply move along you've already satisfied yourself by saying I and 15 other people are lying.

My "perceived REAL issues" are real because they've been proven with evidence on the forums and/or confirmed by the devs. Some of them don't effect me at all, I just think they should be addressed. You seem to make an awful lot of assumptions without any information to go on so I'm not surprised you believe this with nothing to go. You're totally correct in assuming that I would be singing a different tune if it was effecting me, but it's not and it's also not effecting anybody else I know. A video would be a great source of proof, if the issue is so common then I would imagine with the amount of people who stream/record this game it will come up eventually but until I see that I don't see why devs should waste time with it. How would you fix this problem? The devs aren't RL mages, they can't make a solution appear out of thin air if they never see the problem in the first place and it doesn't effect the majority.

LOL that's very true.
It's just that one of the problems about this is that when reported, we were given the option of using I one-time item restore. There is no way I'd use it on just getting a mist and on something that wasn't my fault. A couple of people on reddit had actually used theirs. I'd rather save it for something big and it was actually my bad.

My purpose here is to express my thoughts and opinions, what's your purpose here? I thought this was a discussion forum, if you're simply complaining then post it in the feedback section where people won't give you as many opinions. I don't think that this is a big issue, I've never seen it, heard of it, experienced it, nor do I believe it. I believe the amount of time it would take for devs to simply find this issue would be ridiculous, if it even exists in the first place.

A couple of those are in the accepted bug section and we were told it's being looked into. The problem is that support still thinks it's a player fail problem.
