I'm sorry but the body count is proof enough for me that I didn't make a mistake. Which is why I gathered all the evidence I need here. If I rolled a die 16 times in a row and it lands on a 1 every time, I'm either extremely lucky or I'm cheating.

What's your purpose here? To respond by calling me a liar just by asking for this to be looked into? Great you accomplished your goal but it won't stop me from trying to reach mine. And your problems aren't real to me as it hasn't happened to me or either of my friends. I don't even know what your problem is. Just know it doesn't exist to me.
