Try working in customer service and you'd understand.

    Also for the OP's issue you did give other people in your fc a high rank right and gave the options for promoting and demoting or did you not do anything of that nature because if you have any officers in it and THEY have that power they can demote said person and reinstate you

    Officers can't demote the Leader.

    Wait...can they? Because that would be exceedingly bizarre.

    We did get Myth's officer rank bank anyway, and took all the gil out of the vault for safety's sake. You know, the gil we've been saving for company housing which we might not be able to immediately dive into with 2.1 if the leader needs to actually make decisions for it. :P

    I worked as a head of tech support and I've learned the hard way that if you cannot efficiently solve a client's problem with your product it's going to turn into a refund later on. In the field of MMO and games in general it's a way harder to get your money back and companies actively exploit it, saving money left and right, offering sub par customer experience. Please don't try to justify crappy service following the "we got your money we don't care anymore" attitude. A huge company like SE _can_ make awesome customer service happen, but they don't care coz you're already paid them. Why support you then?

    Probably the GMs at the moment don't have a tool to pop any FC dialog and change permissions at their own volition.
    It's possible that those are limited to the debug panel accessible to the devs (the one used by Yoshi on lives).

    I would suggest submitting a ticket via phone or support website methods instead. I do not consider this game to be so new or their customer service to be so busy they cannot respond. This game is still being developed but so are many other MMO's on the market. They are always going to be in development and that should not be an excuse. Try the other support methods and make sure you follow through. Dev and Support are 2 diff roles and one should not impede the other.

    SE customer support is utter crap.I had 2 problems which could be resolved in a matter of 5minutes (had same problems in WoW and they fixed it in a heartbeat) yet SE didnt care nor want to help.It's funny tho as i really love this game and i love it so much that i still keep on playing.

    There customer service is the worst in the mmo market. Can play any mmo and just do a shout or yell in city or town or in area shout and see the responses on those games. It is no secret. As For those that think what OP is in the wrong, Ask yourself this you went to the store to buy 2% milk and grab the soy milk next to it since the store had labels wrong or soy milk place wrong. You get to your house found out you had the wrong milk. You go back to the store in timely manner and with prof you bought it and they will fixed your mistake. If not you never shop there again. Might need pay more if the 2% was higher price. This is were are on a subscription base game with a service. If people do not like it they move to a free to play game or another subs game.
