Seriously, change the critera for how you award medals. Having a system where you get rewarded for how many posts you make regardless of whether your content is good or crap is a horrible incentive.

Unironically enough, that same broken reward scheme is present in much of the game too...

So what do you propose?
Number of likes? Directly correlated to the number of posts.
% of likes per post? Favors trolling as there is always a bunch liking troll posts and there is no dislike to counter balance.
