Yet again, it's be confirmed to work this way and has been explained on every single post about it. And I can confirm it as I lost all experience on Sunday. You say I don't follow things, come on mate.

Some of the other points you mentioned are already confirmed to be rebalanced as well, such as accuracy. Are you even following the forums in the last weeks?
Only by being mentioned time and time again do people know it needs to be evaluated quickly. Games can't be developed on one person's opinion, I'm throwing my hat in the ring.
