It's basically this: finish story with AF > farm WP for gear to do AK > farm AK for gear > repeat both dungeons to get Tomes for Darklight (tomes of philosophy) and AF+1 (tomes of mythology) > get relic weapon > do Bahamut's Coil.

While gathering darklight gear, you should be equipped enough to do the Primals for weapons, but you don't need to get them from all 3 Primals. Getting Ifrit's or Garuda's weapon is enough.
