Co Co Co ComboBreaker!I'll help you out a little, here use this
200 DPS is not okay damage. That's what lower geared bards should be parsing single target.I can't tell what his rotations are.
I've been doing
Dragon Kick -> Touch of Death (if it needs to be procced) -> Twin Snakes -> Demolish -> Bootshine -> True Strike -> Snap Punch
Is that proper? I can't find much of a guide on endgame monks but that's what i've been doing the entire time and my damage has been okay. If it's just a matter of blood for blood then that's kind of stupid that your party will wipe if the monk isn't using it. I don't like Blood for Blood as it means i'll take aggro and die a lot quicker (I already steal aggro all the time without using it, so I honestly don't know why my dps is 205 on a parser for T4)
You won't take aggro and/or take much damage from popping b4b if you know when to use it.
Your tanks are losing aggro probably because they have to keep hate on the soldiers too. Pop featherfoot and tank until the tank regains aggro.

first of all where is Dragon Kick debuff? That should be top priority.I can't tell what his rotations are.

Also I parse for way more than that on single target. Pretty much around the same as Ayase here.200 DPS is not okay damage. That's what lower geared bards should be parsing single target.

Bards should not be parsing around 200DPS unless they are on Full Darklight

I'm a bit humbled by the OP.
I helped OP out a little bit since he took the time to make a character on my server to ask about my DRG rotation and such. Good luck and let's not be too hard on him since he took the time to do that.

the rotation looks fine for starting a fight but:
are you making sure not to clip/overwrite your dots prematurely?
are you moving around too much as to turn away from the mob and losing your Auto attack dmg?
are you using your off GDC moves as much as possible? (Steel peak, Howling fist)
are you using perfect balance to gain back your GL as fast as possible? Watch the video, the mnk used PB twice during that fight, a fully buffed crit Snap Punch can go upwards of 600-700dmg and imagine doing that 3 in a row.
20% dmg buff for 20seconds is a big gain, get your drg levelled.
doing endgame raid requires you to be at the top of your game, if you can't get the basics down it can be difficult to move forward.

Bards do more damage due to aoeDid Turn 4 today and it finally flipped me over to the side that complains that Dragoons suck.
Gears on my Dragoon: Relic+1, DL Helm, AF+1 Chest, DL Hands, Allagan Pants, AF+1 Boots, Allagan Earrings, Allagan Neck, DL Bracelet, AK Ring, DL Ring
Gears on my Bard: Relic, Toxote everything on left side, Toxote earrings, Toxote Neck, Toxote Ring, DL Ring, DL dragoon bracelet.
Parse on Dreadnaught:
Dragoon = 234 (Perfect 27 hit rotation) Bard = 230
So, my Dragoon nearly has all best in slot gears while my bard doesn't even have DL, yet my Bard can almost do the same damage as my Dragoon.
I do coil with a static and I do the highest DPS and compete only with our BLMs
Try parsing a single target boss Titan/ turn 1-2
Nope
i agree with the masses, ur a shitty drg. drg's should shine in t4, i no mine does. stick to bard.
So many people failing at reading parses...
