It's accurate if you want to base your spending solely around an auto attack damage formula that ignores skillspeed, limit break damage, vitality, the possible allagan drops that are competitive, AND the fact that you need to maintain Accuracy cap... : /
(that is to say, it's good information, but it's FAR from "Calculated optimal Myth Spending")

This. I got my Ring first (since I didn't have the Relic at the time), then got my +1 and my Pants; I'm now working on my Gloves. Skill Speed isn't a huge increase, admittedly, but the Limit Break damage is relevant. Also, those 3 items ALL drop in Turn 5.
I know I should buy the gloves then the belt first, but I can't spend one more week in the darklight chest. I'd rather blow my brains out. Plus the Myth chest looks amazing on a Miqo'te.
I felt your pain a while ago. Darklight gear is hideous on a bard. I can't wait to replace my boots with Allagan. xD
Adventure, that's the life for me!
Honestly?
Casters have that hideous hooded cowl, tanks have that ridiculous tin bunny knight....thing, Monks have a goddamned subligar...
Bards have the best looking DL imo.
...Which just happens to still look pretty awful. Still, I was so vehemant about not wearing Monk DL I went the Gryphonskin route. Atleast Bard doesn't have to rock a steel diaper.
If it bleeds, it can die; if it can die, I can kill it; And there's no kill quite like overkill.
"...No man knows better than I that if you want aught, you'd best be ready to die for it. With great danger comes the chance for great glory, and great profit- we Ul'dahns, who have turned sand into gold, know this well."

I think you need to do another one based on the new gear if you don't mind! Please Please !
