I don't think that is the point. No right is absolute and they are all measured and weighed against other['s] rights. You may feel that one has a "right" to create media of this type, but SE also has a "right" to control how it's copyrighted material is used and displayed. I think the outrage is unjustified as no one is suffering any real harm.

Whether these are good business decisions is a valid argument to have. If SE's policies are so strict that they are preventing commentators from reviewing the game, then perhaps they should reconsider.

I will say that I laughed so hard at the video it made me cry.

Maybe not in the case of this video, but copyright abuse can be very harmful when it may destroy the livelihood of people, and it violates freedom of the press. Unless you defend legislations such as SOPA and think Wikipedia and the likes should be censored at corporation's will based on copyright issues. I know I don't.
