It's not the point. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press. Oh, and just the fact that pretty much every single publisher in the world is OK with players hyping their game. Well, except from Nintendo, Sega, Square Enix and a few other guys that are just totally out of touch with the realities of gaming videos on YouTube. And modern marketing for that matter. It hurts their games, there's no way to see it otherwise.
