Actually, They don't even get that if you do it, Copyright material that is utterly harmless you have no chance of thinking you can remove it, if you pull stuff like that it is going to be reuploaded again and again and again.It's not the point. Freedom of speech, freedom of the press. Oh, and just the fact that pretty much every single publisher in the world is OK with players hyping their game. Well, except from Nintendo, Sega, Square Enix and a few other guys that are just totally out of touch with the realities of gaming videos on YouTube. And modern marketing for that matter. It hurts their games, there's no way to see it otherwise.
