half a$$$ed event.

half a$$$ed event.
Is this serious?Hello,
The item team has confirmed that the rewards listed on the Lightning Strikes information page are the total set of items available from this activity and that there are no plans to upgrade the item levels or stats. When the event goes live, these reward items cannot be stored via the armoire in the Inns, or a separate storage option. Also the team hasn't confirmed if any of these rewarded items will have a separate storage option in the future.
This game. Expectations sinking to dangerous levels.
I'm the Bloodgaru Queen.

Just make a dressing room cabinet in the inn room for all these very obviously costume only items, set all items from events like this as storable and call it a day.

It's a Final Fantasy XIII event so all the weapons are lvl13, I can't believe so many people haven't made that connection. You really want them to give useful endgame weapons and gear as event items? lol As for different level gear as rewards??? How would that make sense or even be useful? So if you want to wear the full set, you will have to be lvl45, but your hands will be lvl13, another piece in the lvl20s, another in the 30s and the last at lvl45? How could that possibly be useful? At least if they are all the same level, they are useful at that level, instead of a gear set that nobody should ever wear due to drastic level differences between each piece of gear. Plus once vanity slots come out, you can look however you want, hence making this set visually usable in endgame.
Problem is if all items are lvl 13 then why make the quest level for those in the 30s and 40s I've done first two but due to my level can't due the last two.

Now that all four chapters are available, we hope many of you have had fun adventuring with Lightning and getting the new armors and weapons!
We've gathered your feedback on the event, and along with the thoughts you guys had on other previous events like our All Saints' Wake and Moonfire Faire events, we've sent these off to the development team to discuss and take into account when creating new scenarios for the future.
We have just a couple of reminders/clarifications on the current event based on your questions:
For those who are unable to tackle the level 45 challenge at Chapter 4 because their character doesn't have a class at that level, we encourage you to do your best to reach this threshold before the December 9th deadline.
If you weren't able to make it however, keep in mind the event will run again in February of the new year, giving you another opportunity to face these challenges together with Lightning.
Also even if many of your fellow adventurers have finished it already, we've also specifically balanced each fight to ensure it can be cleared with fewer people than typical FATE battles.
As for making the event items store-able in the Armoire within the Inn, this is still currently under review.

I would like to use this gear for vanity Square or even just be able to put it along with many other pieces in my armoire. Why is this vanity gear here if we cannot do anything other than derp in town with it.
