Does SE not realise their game has no content?

What? Lol, the time it takes to cap your class/job and get the best gear in the game alone will take longer to do than any numbered final fantasy. Most of the modern final fantasy games are extremely linear and lack content in comparison to the older ones (imo) and even they don't have close to the content of this game. Not to mention, imo, playing with other people > Single player anytime.

Time taking to get to something isn't 'content'. This would be like having to run Stage 2-3 in Mario at least 50 times to get the key to the last level. It is literally farm status repeating the same content over and over to be able to access new content. When you sit back and look at game experiences as a whole and compare it to something like FFXV, you tell me if the money spent here is reflected like it is in that work when it comes to quality and presentation, over experience, vistas and locales, game features, combat depth. Really?

Next time you see a fate zerg an nm encounter in thirty seconds , stop and say "This is Final Fantasy XIV" and let it sink in.
