I don't believe any of the prizes have gone out; I know a few of the winners and they haven't received anything. Maybe SE is debating how to handle some of the comments in this thread but there are other issues such as what AmalahRose posted above; possible wrong image/wrong name getting listed in the NA contest and something about the EU contest as well. It's likely that they need to get all that sorted out before they send out the prizes.

Seeing as there was a lot of errors made, they should just give everyone who entered the prize and in the future make sure any other events are done correctly.

There weren't "a lot" of errors made. Just 1 instance where they chose someone's 2nd entry over their first and another instance where they listed the wrong name as the owner of a winning picture. The rest was solely opinion based...

We apologize for the delay in updating you on the status of the Ahriman Necklace deliveries. To give you a more specific time frame, the delivery is scheduled to occur after the release of patch 2.1 in December. We'll be sure to notify you as soon as the moogles have sent them all out!
