I've never been vote-kicked in any game. But I don't show up to level 50 dungeons or Titan HM wearing level 20 gear. I can't wait until we're able to kick those people.

Duly noted and changed. other reasons still stand. Why would it be bad? You won't be able to vote for your friend if you guys queue up together in a party, and the voting is done after the dungeon ends so that when someone threatens to "vote me mvp or i afk" you can just lie and say you'll vote for him, then leave as soon as the run is finished.
At least that's what I gathered from reading about the mvp system a few weeks back, I can't really remember too clearly.

Just because there is a minimum iLevel requirement doesn't mean a player can't say: "You are not in the best gear so you automatically didn't contribute as much as everyone else in the dungeon and therefore will not get my MVP vote."
Incorrect. It's already been said that if you QUE with ANYONE you know, you cannot vote for either of yourselves. In addition, this is done at the END of the dungeon, so you can't force anyone to vote for you. I don't get your logic. From what I read it's not even mandatory to vote for anyone. If you all suck, you don't vote for anyone.
Would you doubt that this would work any diffearnt then a boot/kick system? Look at your fellow player who has no tolerance for your cutscenes during runs or your being under geared... I think this has already been tested though other means.
Just to let you know, the system disallows you to vote MVP on people you queued with. Yoshi said that when he first introduced the idea.
There will be, and they wont admit thier feelings were hurt, and lash out in other ways, which create anamosity against other players when they enter the next dungeon.
If you did really good in an instance only to find out the vote was based on your gear, watching a cutscene, or because something beyond your control, how would you feel. Would that give you a reward to try to be better every dungeon? Or would it cause you to get angry at the system and lash out at other plaeyrs over an injustice?

Uhm... MVP voting is not a "bullying" tool. There is no way to rig the vote- you can't form premades and vote for friends, no way to downvote, so thus no way to abuse.
I'd feel fine because i'm not so emotionally attached to the game.If you did really good in an instance only to find out the vote was rigged at the end, how would you feel. Would that give you a reward to try to be better every dungeon? Or would it cause you to get angry at the system and lash out at other plaeyrs over an injustice?
Other games such as league of legends have a positve reinforcement system like this, and the WORST thing that can happen is people will ask for MVP (and generally not receive it as a result). The best thing that happens is people who deserve recognition actually get it.
Again, there's no way to abuse this. you can't team up with friends and vote for them.

Am I the only one who hates these posts?
I understand that on Titan, but it's not like level 20 accessories will make you wipe on WP, CM or Prae.
Then that would foster an atmosphere of solo playing only (running dutys without friends) so you can get a reward, which is another reason why you shouldnt have this system. If you cannot get a reward if you run with friends, that too is ANTI-community. Why have a system like this at all then?
