Might be a bit of a random question but while we're at it, is Heavy Allagan chest + Hoplite Circlet much better stat wise then the Heavy DL armour?

Got the Allagan chest earlier and figured farming the Hoplite Circlet would be the best option for me till I can afford the Myth helm.
