Ok fine, I am a 50 whm doing T1-4 right now. I started as a tank filling in for someone and was moved to healer as the group liked me and wanted me to keep raiding with them.

My description of Tanking: So grab this big guy and stand here, cross my fingers you keep me alive and dps kills it, collect shinnies.
My description of Healing: Stand here, spam heal tank, collect shinnies.

I have yet to DPS coil and have a feeling I will be just a disappointed when I finally do get around to leveling a ranged and melee DPS job. I like to think there is a little more here as I see them dodge / moving a little more but also talking to DPS they feel the same way when comparing themselves to tank and heals jobs. Everyone seems to think everyone else has a harder job to do, it really comes to preferred play style. The challenge in healing is keeping people alive not running around like a chicken with your head cut off. The challenge in tanking is knowing where and how to place the enemy so he does not hit your group and proper use of cool downs to survive. The challenge with DPS is moving from splash dmg. All seem pretty simple on paper but if you dont like doing one of these you will probably think its either 'too easy' or 'too hard' based on your preferences and observations.
