Not everyone will feel the same way about healing as you do. I found it quite thrilling to heal my tanks when we were progressing turn 1. What you said is in your opinion. I believe there are A LOT of people who haven't made it to coils yet. Why? No relic because the primals may be too hard, they actually might find WP and AK difficult. I have a few friends who have a hard time with AK.
There is a large playerbase here. I'm a firm believer that the percentage of people who can actually go into coils and make progress is a lot smaller than those who can't. So to say its boring is very widely subjective. My coils group has passed turn 1 and currently working on turn 2. We are finding it quite difficult and fun. My main is WHM btw. Sub SCH if needed.
I'll just say it now, stop being bad.Not everyone will feel the same way about healing as you do. I found it quite thrilling to heal my tanks when we were progressing turn 1. I'm bad for finding content challenging and still able to progress through it? Ok.
How about you stop being an elitist prick and let me enjoy my game the way I want to with my friends.
I assume you have completed all the way to through turn 5? If so, I congratulate you and your group! That doesn't, however, give you the right to judge me because I'm "not at your level".

I haven't got to turn 5 yet, buy I think the reason is that if no one make any mistakes, 99% of the time tank is the only one who take damage during those fights. So as a healer keep the tank alive is really all we need to do. If there are more mechanics that will make un-avoidable damage to other party member, or some dps checks that require healer to join as well, then we'll need to use our skill more wisely rather than spam 2-3 healing spells all the way.
Ok fine, I am a 50 whm doing T1-4 right now. I started as a tank filling in for someone and was moved to healer as the group liked me and wanted me to keep raiding with them.
My description of Tanking: So grab this big guy and stand here, cross my fingers you keep me alive and dps kills it, collect shinnies.
My description of Healing: Stand here, spam heal tank, collect shinnies.
I have yet to DPS coil and have a feeling I will be just a disappointed when I finally do get around to leveling a ranged and melee DPS job. I like to think there is a little more here as I see them dodge / moving a little more but also talking to DPS they feel the same way when comparing themselves to tank and heals jobs. Everyone seems to think everyone else has a harder job to do, it really comes to preferred play style. The challenge in healing is keeping people alive not running around like a chicken with your head cut off. The challenge in tanking is knowing where and how to place the enemy so he does not hit your group and proper use of cool downs to survive. The challenge with DPS is moving from splash dmg. All seem pretty simple on paper but if you dont like doing one of these you will probably think its either 'too easy' or 'too hard' based on your preferences and observations.
