If you pop a mega strength potion and then limit Titan's Heart with a DRG that has a relic+1 you are going to take away like half it's health in one shot. You can get them from quests too

Ah thought they just scaled on a potency value like a skill. Only ever used tank LB

LB scale of the avg group weapons damage. so a naked group with only relic +1 will do the exact amount of LB dmg as a group with full ilvl90.
