You mixed up the stats for Allagan/Myth Leggings on the Monk tab.

Allagan Leggings should be 34 CRT / 24 SS
Myth Leggings should be 34 ACC / 17 DTR

It should be free. it only costs money for higher tiers, but the basic tier should be free.

also, how did you get those weights? If they're confirmed then I can use them for the gear set solver. (I can't look at your fileswap link right now until i get home).
