Make CT items from boss 1-4 ilvl80 and boss 5-8 ilvl100

If endgame people have to wait six months for 2.2 to get an upgrade. no ones gonna stick around. Extreme Primals should also be ilvl100. My whole FC is looking at other mmos cause all there is is 1 raid thats easier than what we've done, with items worse than what we have. What's the incentive to resub for 2.1? Even casuals will out gear CT by then.

I wonder how many 'casuals' will have the Relic Weapon requirement to enter CT....
