Why people SELLING TITAN KILLS?!

Honestly, I see no point in buying Titan for your relic. Unless you just want the achievement and then stop progressing on that job... Coil comes after that and there are mechanics in there that require quick reaction times, faster than Titan. So let's say you went ahead and said, "well, because I have so much lag, I'm going to just buy Titan to continue with the store." Not going to do you a lot of good as what comes next will also have that problem. You're just filling pockets, and readying yourself for more frustration.

They sell them all over, not just where you are. If there is money to be made, you can bet someone will do it. Quite a few are starting to do them free as long as you put in the effort. There are definatly lazy people buying, but then there are also many who bought because they were tired of getting groups where one guy rages and quits after first wipe so the whole party has to leave and start again, about a hundred times or more.

This could be a part of it. Imagine you are on your second or third relic; do you really want to put up with rage quitters? You did it once, and that was enough. If you would rather spend the gil than deal with it all over again; I can understand.

One thing I don't understand, are the people who are buying titan, not because they can't execute it themselves, but because they either can't, or don't want to spend time finding a group that can.

One of the reasons I play MMORPGs, is to find people who are pleasant to be around as well as skilled in the game. I'm in a coil group that could easily kill titan, as well as in several linkshells that has decent players who can easily kill titan. It all comes down to networking, being polite, and adding people to your friends list. It doesn't even require much effort, and you'll enjoy the game a lot more with people you can count on, rather than playing solo. I regularly help people get titan done for free, and expand my flist as well as my list of people I should be wary of in the future.

You're doing yourself a disservice paying for titan kills in that respect. But sadly, it's what MMORPGs have become over the past 7-10 years.

That said, I have nothing against the act of selling titan kills - I just don't like the effect it has on the community.

Except that for a lot of casual players, they probably will never go to coil. So that's not an excuse to stop them from getting relics.

Why do people buy levelling gear instead of crafting it themselves?

because they can buy it "NOW" and be done and not waste 3 days lvling a craft to the appropriate lvl to make that armor, in which by that time, technically in 3 days you can out lvl the crap out of that armor anyways, crafting is a major waste of time.

There is nothing wrong with people asking to be paid to do work for you. It is a convenience that groups offer.

Since no one is twisting your arm to pay for it, why would you even bother getting mad about it?

I do not understand why people get so worked up over virtual money. Gil isn'T even that useful other than for repairs.

The biggest reason they are mad is because they are butt hurt jealous that they had to beat Titan the hard way while others got a free pass, and they also get mad seeing other players making money from it. In short, their reasons are purely selfish and self-centered.

but i wanted to SHARE with all of you this... because this is happening on my server EU(Cerberus) where people sell titan kills..i wonder if on other servers too(NA/JP)... i mean why people are so lazy to learn such an easy fight?? u DIE a few times so WHAT? i tried my best and with a good company and a good party i made it pass. And also they give up so easy...

You ask why. The answer is simply, because people will pay for it.
