    The allowed use would probably be that of bindable keys, of course not to legalize a cheating tool.

    What the guy does in the thread you linked looks legit since it looks like a crafter macroing its steps, but still borderline.

    However I think anything that goes beyond the software/game functions is not allowed, like could you gather with a macro? If not then you shouldn't.
    I would send a ticket if you wanna be sure.
