Delete them from your blacklist? Of the 200 on there, probably no more than the most recent 3-4 are active. Everything else is long gone, never to be seen again. As has been said in pretty much every single other thread about this, SE does NOT (emphasis on the NOT part of that) delete the characters they ban. The (deleted) entries you saw were by the RMT themselves.
