Character Name [How Did You Come Up With It?]

I went with the very complicated route of my first cat's name being Avalon and Albrook being one of my favorite town names from FFVi. I also have Avalon Miranda as an alt.

Zlatan = Gold in Serbian

Tarrant = Last name of the main character in the Coldfire Series (Gerald Tarrant)

I will be changing my name when were allowed to Lord Zlatan (sounds better for a tank, and Gerald Tarrant was a Sorcerer)

Both of these men are fascinating to me, for completely different reasons and I kinda feel a weird personal connection to them so I adopted their names.

Ugh. Having read both The Human Condition and Origins of Totalitarianism, I have to agree she was rather smart person, but I can't really recommend the books to anyone.. They're too, erm.. boring..

It clearly must have left an impression for you to so strongly feel the need to comment on it.

I'm not here to discuss her theories. I came to post in the thread explaining my character's name. All I want to say is that given the current state of the world, I couldn't recommend her writing to people enough. It has nothing to do with the entertainment value either.
