i can see a few big issues with housing

1. it is not finite, it's finite per zone. Aka, once a zone is bought up, another zone appears.

2. There is nothing to suggest you can resell land to other players, and everything suggest otherwise, as you buy it from the game. Getting rid of the land probably just means giving it back to the game for the game to resell.

3. housing is a money sink, there is no reason for rmt to buy it. They probably will just try to craft furniture for money.

4. people need to stop panicking about things that aren't even out yet.

Unless the RMT sellers are prepared to take significant losses, they simply aren't going to be able to sell the almost unlimited housing spaces for more than they are being sold for by the game itself. No one will buy from them. Well, unless you count those people that don't realise you can buy crafting basics from guild suppliers for next to nothing.......

fair enough, I missed that.

But ya as Baneus said, this is a non issue anyway, as you aren't going to be able to sell the land more than what you bought it for since people can just buy it off the game for cheaper.
