Heavy Armor in this game makes my eyes bleed

Vanity (cosmetic) gear is coming in 2.1.

I don't like the tank gear as you indicated, but I also was hellbent on finding ways around it.

Made sure I got my Cavalry set from Brayflox's Long stop, which carried me with little issue all the way to AF at 45 (cavalry gear is lvl 34 and really quite good).

Also, there are ways of getting around the Dark Light gear as well, it just requires people to not scoff at your iLvl.

I'm pretty sure the community reps have actually said vanity slots are not coming in 2.1, and probably not coming in 2.2 either. Can I ask what information you have seen that makes you think we will see it in 2.1?

At least lv 90 gear aren't tin cans.

To be honest, that's the best looking tin can I have ever seen. Orange cans are so much better than that boring black cans I see everywhere. ^^

Nope, they said it's not coming in 2.1, they didn't even say it was going to be released on 2.2, they just said "It's on the way." with bad excuses as to why we don't have it now.

I remember back in 1.0 when you'd be really impressed when you saw someone rolling around in Heavy Darklight Armor because it looked really badass and it was rare as hell. The times we live in, man.

The only real solution was mentioned already...save up some Mythos & buy yourself the relic type armor. I myself also hate my darklight on PLD as it looks stupid.
