I rather like the way players who get resurrected have weakness—more than having limits on the number of times it can be used in a fight, at least. The Level 3 Limit Break resurrection doesn't have any penalties, though, and I've saved a few encounters using it. I try to time it after the bombs and Weight of the Land, right before he traps someone in a gaol, so that there's no risk of anyone raising into AoE or getting LB locked inside one.
