That's fine. I will have to see how it works/if it works. What about the debuff? What is the point of the debuff? The target already has to wait for mana to regen. Why make it 50% easier for them to die after they've been rezzed? I am guessing they did that since there is no limit to rez. As someone else said in here, either put rez on CD and remove stuff like that, or just remove rez altogether. But current rez, even if they give us a 3 second invulnerability, is still lackluster.
The debuff is there as a hinderance/ learning mechanism. Would you rather have de-levelling? Ergo my statement in favor of a 30m CD on a in-battle rez. It should be there to correct a mistake or two. The debuff seems more punishing than necessary; and the CD would be a harsher reply to the value of in-battle rez.
