At first, I was on-board with the rez mechanics. Now, not so much. For a fight like Titan, 99% of the time a rezzed target ends up getting wiped moments after they rez. If they do manage to survive long enough to get a heal, the rez sickness tends to make them a sitting duck.

I'd argue for a battle rez option. Only healers can get it/use it, and they only get to use it once every X minutes (30 is fine). A battle rez, in my view, should ignore rez sickness, be instant once accepted, and allow for quick healing of the member. Let's face it, once people know the mechanics, I don't think there are fights out there where death is a requirement. So long as death isn't a requirement, then most people should not be dying most of the time.

The current mechanics are fairly unfortunate I think.
