Uh, no you don't. That's impossible, actually, as Fire 3 hits ~47% harder than Fire 1. Not using Firestarter as soon as you get it just makes you a shitty player, sorry.

I thought it was a dps loss to wait and see if you get it or not? I always use it on the Fire after it procs rather then waiting to see if it procced. Is it better to Fire > pause to see if you get proc> Fire?
