    I heard they were adding a new race at some point

    Has there been any hint what it might be? I saw it in another thread here a day or two ago (can't remember which one), someone said they were planning on releasing a new race when they released more jobs. I think adding the Padjal would be awesome. It's the only other human-like (not counting beast tribes) race I've seen that isn't available to us.

    I would hope it's Padjal....Pleaseeee Padjal.
    But people keep going around saying Viera race from FFXI. Not sure anymore than that.

    Edit: I meant FFXII. Sorry, sorry people who are about to drone force kill me.

    They can't do Padjal. There aren't enough of them to justify the Padjal being a playable race.

    The lore from the WHM quest line makes it so it can't be padjal.

    every race so far has been adapted from 11 so I'd say that expecting a lack of adaptation from previous setup is unlikely


    I am kind of hoping for Gria myself though.
