Not an idea but because some mentioned XI just wanted to show off what people are talking about, not my video.

I want to see something that's completely new, we have been stuck in the same zones for years on end
Have areas that just have hard to kill enemy monsters that groups can go farm for XP. have it scale to fate XP to mix it up a bit.
It will also give that FFXI feel that people have been wanting
Jeez how did you guys not go crazy with those footstep sounds constantly....Not an idea but because some mentioned XI just wanted to show off what people are talking about, not my video.
glad that didn't stay the same
You got used to them, and didn't hear them with sneak.
An extra gag turn of sorts for BCoB, with silly enemies and rewards. Call it the Coiling Bowel of Bahamut, and run it like one of the grosser Boogerman/Earthworm Jim levels.
I would both be extremely happy and scared for my life if they made a zone like the Promyvion in XI, cep this time it can be the Void and just be crap your pants frightening.
I would want to see the Train Graveyard of Ul'dah. I mean, the only reason I can see for having those train tracks but absolutely nothing running on them is that all the trains have been de-commissioned.
I want a big open area like the calm lands from FFX
