If you go to sea and see a pool of tuna cast ur rod into that pool would you get another type of fish beside tuna?Well fishing will always have a chance aspect to it. Think of if this weekend you went to a lake and brough gear and bait to catch say trout, yet since the lake has a number of different kinds of fish you may get bites from any of them. Even though the bait you had bought was designed for trout fishing. This is really why I think it should stay the same. Makes the class more fun that way.
There is always a chance, because there are other fish that swim with tuna schools for protection from predators. Though very slim. But back to the game there are spots where only one fish will bite at the bait you use on your line, with this you can target fish you want.
So fishing IMO is fine, about the only changes I would like to see is a tackle box and more fish used in crafting.
