Well I was looking through the lodestone and came across this.

Speculation, maybe a tank variant of Dragoon maybe?

Never the less the concept armor does look pretty awesome! ^_^

Dragon Knight is just another way of saying Dragoon.

"Dragon Knight" is just the Japanese name for Dragoon. Sorry to be a downer, but hey, it still looks great.

Are you sure? The armor you see on the concept looks nothing like the AF+1/2 that you get with myths currently. So were looking to be getting "actual" AF2 if nothing else.

Yea, they showed almost all the actual AF2 armors in their last blog thingy. That's the art for the "actual" AF2 for Dragoons.

This was already explained. Everybody is getting new AF type gear. The i90 gear people have been calling AF2 isnt actually AF2. What it should be called? AF+1, AF1.5? IDK and IDC. The new stuff is AF2, according to the devs, and it seems like it will come from future content in patch 2.2 (so a good 3-6 months down the line, I'd guess). They showed off MNK, DRG, SMN, BRD, and I think one or two others. Its iconic job gear, but not just a cheap palette swap like the i90 AF.
