Titan HM needs to be Fu*king nerfed ASAP

Stand in a major city or even Toll and wait for someone trying to recruit
Ask them to let you in and mention that you've been pugin titan for 2months and its frustrating and if they can run you through it

Hop on their teamspeak listen to phases beat titan and live your life happily!
It no ones fault but your own.. You could get everyone you pug on TS and call phases yourself? New FC? Buy a run? Lots of options

Really you can't do anything but find a decent linkshell of likeminded people and work your way through it, because while I agree there are a lot of really unreliable players, until you complete Titan you're lumped in that pile as well. Any decent group will keep you around until you kill it as long as you're not the one getting knocked off the edge...

The guy's been doing it for 2 months in DF.... INSIDE DUTY FINDER.

If he can't take the initiative and shout for his own group or find a LS or FC that can help then it is his fault. If you beat Titan with a DF group, consider yourself lucky. The only times I've beaten Titan was with people on my server who knew what they were doing. I did DF Titan just so I could learn my role (which is easy). Don't expect a DF pug to be good or get you far in fights with complicated maneuvers.

What is he going to do when he does get his Titan win and is ready for BCoB? You can't DF that.

You're a tank, and a PLD at that. ALL you have to do is stand there and do your BEST to hold aggro. Derp derp around and claim it's an easy fight? BECAUSE IT IS EASY FOR TANKS. One of the easiest as a matter of fact.

Try it as a healer, it will take you some tries.

If you have done this for 2 months in DF as a tank you have probably done this figt about 1000 times. If you fail to get in a group that complets it (even via derp finder) the fault is most likely yours.

Is it true you have 30ish jewels? If that is the case I think you should put your priorities straight and start with updating that. Idk how many severely undergeared people I have seen in DF thinking "if I just do this 10.000 times I sure will get that magical pug with relic+1 AF2 to carry me through this". Heck if you have been 50 for 2 months trying this YOU should be the guy with some AF2 gear. Always be the best you can be

PLD is his only job, he did do cnj to 15 but that doesn't count. If he's been 50 for 2 months he should have full DL accessories as well. Just means he's not doing something right.

Titan is not hard fight, just a lot of mechanics that need to be avoided

I cleared titan hm yesterday with a pug. Why we survived? Everyone knew how to dodge mechanics lol

Because the fight has very little to do with gear and very much to do with evading basic mechanics.

As long as that still exists in the game no amount of knowledge or skill can or will make up for the fact that your character's physical location is interpreted differently on the server from what you see. You can puff up your chest and talk a lot of smack about how all you have to do is dodge easy kindergarten mechanics, but when you actually DO dodge them and the server says you didn't it's not your fault. If they can't fix the problem with communication, then there's no reason why they can't add either half a second or a full 1.0 second to the cast time of Landslide and Weight of the Land.
