I can do the exact same thing with IB, but your explanation still does not explain how its the same as HG.

lol No you can't there are limits to IB. It's the stated goal of Yoshi P to make IB have less of a limit.

ToB is about 1500HP for me. 7600 to almost 9200. HG is immunity for 10sec. That's a LOT more than 1500ish HP. Mountain Buster alone (which can be HG'd) is avg 3-5k depending on gear and cooldowns.

I get about 10k with ToB a little less. Combined with Wrath V that's a lot more than 1500 And that's the thing about WAR. If you look at skills individually they don't seem like much. You have to use them in combos with each other.
