    Buyable Phial of Fantasia

    In game support directed me here, even if its to do with the website I guess...

    Not at all happy with the support recieved from SE. Alot of us used our fantasias in september and it has only recently been made known of a 10 day item restoration limit. What kind of crap is this?

    I do not accept, "In the future we are looking to do this!" as I am simply not willing to wait 6+ months for it.

    Call it a hard line, call it whining, call it whatever you want. I've cancelled my renewal until I get more information on a buyable fantasia.

    Maybe they should make it non consumable but can only be used once a month or something.

    * Bonus items will be sent only once to the corresponding characters on a given service account

    That's the whole issue.

    I've tried in game support, here and chat support online, nobody is being helpful in the slightest.

    I also wasted a phial and I DID contact them before ten days.. and then 5 days passed and I finally got an e-mail from support only to have them tell me I submitted it in the wrong section and to resubmit my ticket in the right section.. By then those ten days were up and I felt that I just wasted a phial that could have been restored had SE been more descriptive with their support categories.

    Bumping. I would like this dealt with soon, not in 6 months.

    Make fantasia avaliable. "..in the future." is not good enough to hold my sub.

    Had a back and forth with SE support, same copy paste and dismissive replies.

    Worst customer service team I have ever come across in an MMO.

    Do you know what's funny? In 6 months: "We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you." Typical SE, always have to thank you for shit they can't/won't change. It's like bringing up a rape charge and the authorities "We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you." Makes you feel pretty damn hopeless.

    I was actually going to make this thread a bit ago.

    I'd also like it buyable, either with Gil or actual cash, don't really care. I don't really have buyers remorse on using it back in Sept, I'd just like other ways to make it available other than first month sub and never again.

    You do not inform the players, we for you is not important. SE support sorely lacking, this ridiculous 10 day limit which could not have been known by people who usused Fantasia in September. Fantasia already exists, how hard is it to put one in a players mailbox for their, 'One time' restoration per character. Not hard at all, they just cant be bothered.

    Square Support informed me that i can request an item restoration on the flask if i choose to do so.
    "If you have used your Phial of Fantasia, either correctly or incorrectly, and are not ibeligible for an additional one through subscription rewards, it is possible to use the reitem restoration policy to return the item. However, the item restoration policy is y usually a single use option per account, which means it may not be available later in e the game should you drop any other items or wish to correct any item related errors that would utilize this policy"

    And no one says a word about the 10 day limit!
