I'm not sure if it's your intention but you're coming across as jealous because you don't think you'll get rewards for yourself. Who cares what non combat pretty thing other players have?

I am pretty sure that tanks will normally get it followed by healers anyway.

It should be anonymous, so why would there be a debate in pt? WoW does not have this so not sure what you meant?

Nah it's not of me beeing jealous, i don't want this system at all for me or for anyone.
If it is anonymous like you said, it might be slightly improved.
But think of it, do you really imagine any DPS getting rewards ?
I like tanks for sure since they are the most important role in a party, but god i lost so much faith in this community these last days...
Tanks playing diva, if you don't listen to what he says or does bad he'll just go off knowing that he's still popular because of his role.
Thinking that those players may get awarded gets me mad, that's all...
I was saying "WoW" because of the system, like i said FFXIV is a cooperative game not a "who's got the biggest one ?" game.
That's just my statement and opinion, i find this system not helpfull for the community at all...
The one guy will hardly try to get the MVP doing the best he can, but in the end he'll just get dissapointed while he could just relax if this system didn't even exist.
It won't make players improve themselves, it will just make them mad and begin shouting shit...
Thankfully that MVP system is disabled in premade dungeons, i just can't imagine what would happen if i had to debate who was the best in our dungeon with my friends by vocal...

Why would you be against a system that tacitly incentivizes players to not behave this way? Particularly one in which your participation is optional.
