So asking a crafter to meld stuff for you (which is absolutely normal in any other MMO) equals to "rushing".

Except in most other mmo's it's just a minor stat like an enhancement, not a step in a quest for your end game weapon.
I call it rushing because you are skipping a huge step in a quest so you can get in to end game before your time.

And if you make the choice to skip content, you don't in my opinion hav a right to complain afterwards of being bored.

If the "right" way to play the game is leveling all jobs and professions so you can do everything on your own why do we even have the possibility to interact/trade/request melding to other players?

Because to each his own, someone likes to play everything, someone else likes to specialize, and your way isnt inherently better than mine.

I didnt "skip" content just because i didnt level every freaking DOH and DOL... i leveled WAR, PLD and cooking to 50 and im fine with it, because you know, i like to tank, and not much to craft, and it shouldnt be a problem.

I wouldn't call getting someone to craft your relic "skipping content". Its actually nice that crafting has a place for getting your relic, and that it has a place in the economy. Wish more stuff was like that.

Though on the other hand, that doesn't excuse people ignoring content (crafting, gathering, etc) and then complaining that there is no content in the game.

I leveled a trade skill to make my own relic. I've done every quest i can find. I've done every instanced an uncountable number of times. So yeah I've made my bed. Heck I haven't put half the effort into this game to zoom through content that I have on other games. I'm down to Coil which we start as a free company this week. If you dont see a content problem your looking through rose colored glasses. Lets be real here these guys didn't just release this is a year after they released.
