Do I have a right to be upset?

Have to pay $25 to move from a legacy server to a non legacy server, even though im not a legacy player.

"Well why didn't you just use the free 5 days! Stop QQing!"
Because I wasn't allowed to go from legacy > non legacy.

My understanding was only legacy players were unable to swap servers, and not any player on a legacy server. I could have remembered it wrong though.
