make mytho cap per job = you can make ALL relics+1 in 3weeks.
and if later some of the best gears are not purchase but drop i'd laugh at "multi char" that complain because they only see Xjob loot when they play their Yjob and Yloot when they play their Xjob
I disagree something that drop ilvl n gears shouldn't need ilvl n gear.
the issue is delayed CT and i80 gears (or second allagan source?)

The issue isn't the cap, it's the cap is shared amongst all jobs, along with lock-outs. Do you know what this means? You're only going to run Raids (this includes Crystal Tower) with 1 job and you're only going to use Myth on 1 job. Do you know what this means? Playing more than 1 job serves little purpose.
People defending this, a design flaw that exists in no other game and only exists to detriment the game, are plain ridiculous and their existence only serves to harm the game they so desperately seek to defend.

If you *only* play MMOs for raid content, find an established MMO with a long list of content patches/expansions. We haven't even had our first major content patch.
Just because you only want to do Bahamuts Coil to the exclusion of all else, doesn't mean the rest of the playerbase needs to suffer stupid changes such as forcing me to play a specific class to get Tomes for it.
The option to have multiple characters exists. Just as the option to Gather or Craft exists. Just because you don't like the options, doesn't mean they're bad options.
The system as it is works perfectly fine. It requires you to dedicate your Myth Tomes to one class until it's full geared in Myth stuff. Though you can 100% gear it in Darklight/Relic and still clear Coil.

It's becoming more commonplace and apparent to more and more players, there's threads on this issue popping up on every forum for this game now and numerous discussions in game and forums about this issue happening all the time now, not just here. Hopefully that means SE actually grows a brain and realizes it's an issue that needs resolved, and resolved NOW not LATER.
You should really just ignore the people who argue against it, they either have no idea what they're talking about, are trolling, or blindly defending the game.

Oh god, i nearly died of laughter.
Myth gear is intended to supplement drops out of Coil, not replace them.
The fact that coil lockout is bound to the whole character and not just the job is a bigger issue. If only crafting and gathering was actually interactive and not just a mindless grind.
Letting us clear Coil(and future weekly lockout raids) 9 times a week seems like a bigger problem to me.
SE would have to remove the ability to take stuff for a class you aren't currently playing as.
Otherwise, what you're basically asking for is 9 shots at loot form each boss each week. And that would be downright retarded.
And if we limited loot rolls because of the per job lockout, you're screwing over the regular people.
We would shift to:
*Dammnit! Warrior Axe! .... and we have 2 Paladins! Waste of a drop!
*Awww hell, why'd the Monk Fists have to drop, no one is playing on Monk!

*Oh, Warrior Axe. Well we have 2 Paladins, Anyone have a Warrior leveled? -*Oh i do, i can use it! (everyone else passes, and someone gets a sweet drop for a class he wasn't on)
Caps are good. Keeps people from getting everything now.
