Let me make this much easier for everyone, so you stop doing this the hard way. Base accuracy without any gear equipped at 50 is about 340, +/- a couple points for race and other bonuses (my miqo'te has 341). That being said, you're trying to optimize gear to get a set that has about 130 accuracy on it, at least. With that in mind, go here see the existing BiS sets that already exist in large numbers, and/or make your own to play with the values:

you could even swap the relic shield with allagan as it wouldn't make any difference considering this set has virtually no skill speed so losing 7 skill speed for 7 more acc would make no noticeable difference.

Allagan ring has 11 skill speed, I know some people consider the myth earring which has another 16 skill speed. It could matter.

Even if you used all of them you are looking at a total of 34 skill speed. That's not even close to a .1 sec difference and definately not worth giving up 5 parry and 11 accuracy just from the earrings alone for. If soneone could find a viable skill speed set then it maybe worth it but 34 skill speed wouldn't even make a noticeable difference
